Q: How does all of this work anyway?
A: Step 1: Use the safe PayPal Cart links to purchase your choice of my many photo make-over options.
Step 2: You download your images on the safe and user-friendly Microsoft Office Workspace. (You will sign up to have your own personal upload folder and only you and I will have access to your pictures. The folder and the pictures are deleted when the project is complete.) I then assess your pictures and the requests you made on your original form.
Step 3: We communicate in a series of e-mails to discuss more details about what you want done with your photos. Before I start work, you send me the deposit payment via PayPal.
Step 4: I create your new work-of-art and let you access a proof of the finished product for you to approve. Some changes may be made if necessary. Upon final approval, your prints or cards are mailed to your home.
Q: What if I want to order something I don't see?
A: It is impossible for me to show you all the options that you have when using my services. Everything I do is VERY CUSTOMIZED. If you can explain what you want, I can satisfy your creative needs. Q: Is it safe to order on your site?
A: It is VERY SAFE to order from my site. I use PayPal for all transactions. You can feel comfortable knowing that PayPal, with bank level encryption codes, is able to handle your order, even if you don't have an account with them, by using a credit card or current bank account number (like using a digital check!) I never actually see your finanacial information, I pay them to handle everything.

I reserve the right to refuse to work with your pictures due to inappropriate content, file size (will not print well), impossible picture conditions (usually too dark or out-of focus). I don’t want to agree to use your picture only to have you disappointed with the quality of the finished project. I’m very good at what I do, but I can’t fix everything!
All rights to the finished picture project itself remain with me unless you purchase those rights (e-mail me for details) at which point I will give permission for you to download the finished project at full file size.
Your deposit is non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the final project, you will not be responsible for the final payment and no prints will be mailed out.
