Our Commitment to Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide is only used to complete your order and is not sold or shared with any outside parties. All payment transactions are conducted through the secure server Paypal and your payment information will not be directly available to our company. It is also important that you understand that your photos are safe with us. We will not sell or share your personal photos with any outside parties for any reason. The only person who has permission to display your photos and finished photo projects is you. You are the only person outside the company that has access to your photos while they are posted on the Microsoft Workspace. In some cases you may recieve a request that we be allowed to use your photo as an example on our website or brochures. We will not use your photos in this way without your express permission. In additon, be assured that all of your original photos are destroyed, on the Microsoft Workspace as well as in our own company files, as soon as the project is complete. We do retain the file of your completed photo project in our company files, in case you wish to purchase further prints of your project in the future.
Disclaimer:
I reserve the right to refuse to work with your pictures due to inappropriate content, file size (will not print well), impossible picture conditions (usually too dark, out-of focus, or oversized people or objects in the way...). I don’t want to agree to use your picture only to have you disappointed with the quality of the finished project. I’m very good at what I do, but I can’t fix everything!
Our company retains the copyrights to the finished picture project itself unless you purchase those rights, at which point I will give permission for you to download the finished project at full file size. Please e-mail us for further information.
Your deposit is non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with the final project, you will not be responsible for the final payment and no prints will be mailed out.
